Ayers Wedding | Auburn Cord Automobile Museum | Auburn, Indiana

Updated: Dec 8, 2019

My October weddings always tend to be my favorite, as I love shooting in cool weather. However October weddings never seem to go as planned. Last year I had an outdoor wedding which had to be moved indoors due to a thunderstorm, and my last wedding of October last year, saw a record low in cold, it was 36 degrees. This year was no different as Caitlin and Seth experienced an absolutely monsoon on their wedding day. However they happened to choose a venue with some seriously gorgeous indoor space so the day went on as planned and I said a little thank you to Jesus that I had been given such a gorgeous venue considered we literally couldn't even go near the outside. However if rain is good luck like everyone says it is, these two are literally about to have the best marriage because it rained literally their entire wedding day.

Outside of the weather, the day could not have been more perfect. Friends and family gathered as Caitlin and Seth tied the knot surrounded by gorgeous classic cars which gave their wedding such a high end classic feel. Seriously their venue could not have been better, or prettier. Besides the venue there was their gorgeous color palette of navy and burgundy, which you already know I am obsessed with that combo. It was highlighted by stunning florals which included sunflowers adding a pop of yellow to their day creating the perfect fall color palette for these two. I loved the navy, burgundy, and yellow combo. They also decorated their venue with touches of fall such as the cutest little pumpkins, and had candy corn for the guests on the tables. It was all around the perfect classic fall wedding, and the prefect way to end October 2019's weddings.

Along with the gorgeous details was a seriously sweet bridal party. Caitlin and Seth chose some of their closest friends. Every single one of Caitlin's bridesmaids had known her since middle school, or before. How amazing is that? She was literally surrounded by life long friends and same with Seth. Seth's best man had been his best friend since 3rd grade. I always love when my couple's bridal party is so close and special to them. It just makes the wedding day all the better because they have been there since the beginning of Caitlin and Seth's relationship and now were standing beside them on their wedding day.

Obviously the highlight of the day was Caitlin and Seth getting married. These two are such a cute couple, literally so dang photogenic, and so cute together! These two just smile ear to ear when they are close to each other, and look at each other as if the whole world is right there in front of them. They basically are the definition of the perfect match as these two just completely compliment each other and every way. and are 100% meant to be together. They were literally both so excited to be getting married and I could tell as Seth smiled so largely as Caitlin made her way down the aisle that the is no lack of love between these two. These two are fully and complelty in love and I am so happy to have been the one that captured them as they became husband and wife.

This wedding was a little extra special because it was literally a bride reunion for me! Kelsey, Casey, Olivia, and Brittney were all in attendence and it was so cool to be shooting other one of the friend group.
